I can almost guarantee that if you talk with your doctor, nutritionist or other medical guru, you’ll be told that a live, raw food diet is the optimum path to health. The exception would be those that have ulterior motives and would benefit from you making another choice. Perhaps you’ve already encountered the claims, which end up requiring you to buy special super food or supplements. Truth be told, the live, raw food diet is not hard to start or follow if you have the right guide and credible information to help you along.
Live raw food contains enzymes that are killed during the cooking process. Live food has enzymes that are active, so when we eat them our bodies are provided the benefits. Raw food also has these enzymes, but they are dormant. In order to activate them, raw foods are hydrated (soaked in water for one day) and the enzymes become live. When we take in these enzymes many things happen. Most people feel better instantly; this is the minimum benefit. Others have stopped and reversed disease, which I think qualifies as a maximum benefit. Your results will individual to your circumstances, but they will significant if you’re doing it right.
To make sure you’re starting and maintaining a live, raw food diet the best way you should consult The Raw Secrets, which is my favorite resource, since it is written for real life. Raw in real life – that is what I needed to be and now thankfully am. I hope you are diligent enough to learn more from a credible source, so you can feel the benefits too. Remember: you don’t need a nutritionist or counselor to help you; you need a credible source, a guide to reference and a goal. Nothing more and nothing less, so don’t be taken in by programs or long term sessions with anyone until you’ve at least reviewed The Raw Secrets.
