How to start a raw food diet?

So you have made the decision to change your lifestyle and you have decided that the best place to start is with your current diet.  You know that you should be eating a lot more natural items and a lot less processed foods than you are right now.  But what can you do that is going to help you accomplish this?  What about a raw food diet?  But the question that comes to mind is how to start a raw food diet? Have you ever thought about it?  If not, let me see if I can be of some help.

I have a lot of reason to tell why you should learn how to start a raw food diet, but I’ll do my best to keep them to one page or at least try.  There are many benefits physically to eating a raw food diet, the first being an increase in ones overall health.  You see our bodies weren’t made to digest a lot of processed foods.  Most of the time the food we eat doesn’t even get properly digested in our systems.  And when that happens we end up with unwanted waste in our system.  That waste is basically fat.  And you and I both know what that means.  Extra pounds!! Eating a diet of all natural foods that have no processed ingredients in it aids your digestive system in digesting your food properly without leaving behind excess waste.  When your system is running properly and effectively the waste products that form from your digestion move through your system and out of your system a lot faster with minimal residue left behind. 

Another benefit of learning how to start a raw food diet is that your external appearance brightens.  You see when you fill your system with natural, healthy foods they begin to shine through in your skin, teeth and hair.  You look younger and you feel better.  You don’t have that heavy feeling that most people have who eat a lot of processed foods.  Your skin holds its elasticity better because you are eating the natural minerals and vitamins that keep your skin strong, almost slows down aging.  Healthy teeth mean whiter teeth. And everyone I know would love to have commercial shiny hair. 

Your mental awareness will increase, because your body isn’t working so hard to digest the food that you ate hours ago.  Nor is there food sitting in your stomach, because your body wasn’t able to get rid of the extra waste.  That cloud is lifted and you are able to think clearly and experience an overall general boost in your energy levels.
