Interesting raw food diet results

There have been many different raw food diet results reported by various people.  I have had the pleasure of reading through several of them and getting different view points from all them.  I am not sure if I should take everything and try and put it into context, but I’m definitely paying attention.  Overall most of the results that I read about were positive. I read about raw food diet results from one individual who did it for 30 days.  They kept a diary and blogged about their daily entries.  It was very interesting for me, as I’m just starting out on the raw food diet.  They stated that in the beginning, for the first two weeks or so, they experienced their body doing its own detoxification process.  They mentioned felling like crap for that amount of time, being tired and absent minded.  That wasn’t what I signed on for and was a little nervous about that.  But then I kept reading and realized that it was because they went from eating cooked food one day and begin a raw foodist the next.  I learned that transitioning is the best course of action for me.

I read about another individual who transitioned onto a raw food diet.  Their results were more of what I’m looking for.  They also kept a diary, however they did it for three months.  That gave them enough time to transition from cooked foods to 100% raw.  Their raw food diet results were much better.  Yes they still went through a detoxification period, because that is what the body does when you eat healthy.  It wasn’t so sever and it didn’t last two weeks.  They did however begin to see gradual results in their energy levels, their mental ability; they had quite a bit of clarity they stated.  They had a boost in their immune system.  And their stamina picked up tremendously and lost a substantial amount of weight.

Now the later are the raw food diet results that I would like to have.  Both individuals stated once they came off of their raw food diets, that they felt horrible.  One of them even got sick.  They both eventually went back to being raw foodist completely.  They seemed to be happy with the diet and the results that it offered.  I’m not sure that I will be that into the raw food diet.  I like the option of begin able to eat some cooked foods, but you never know.  The verdict is still out on my raw food diet results.  We’ll have to wait and see.  See more raw food diet results here.

Enjoying your raw food diet results

You looked at your body since last month and you can’t believe your eyes.  The weight has just been falling off at rates even your clothes can’t keep up with.  And you think to yourself, these raw food diet results are remarkable.  You probably shared this well kept secret with all your friends when you first started out.  And I’m sure like most of us, making lifestyle changes are difficult and even somewhat drastic for you.  Dealing with eating almost 80% raw food products when you ate a meal and making sure that the foods you purchased weren’t just fresh, but that they were organic. 

Knowing that your produce wasn’t going to further poison your already over taxed and highly poisoned system, brought you some comfort.  You found the recipes that would help you to transition from being one of those people who enjoyed a half of pizza, a hot dog on white bread with French fries, or an ice cream sundae with all the fixings and a maraschino cherry on top, oh and don’t forget the whip cream.  Or better yet, my favorite, the nachos with the hot, spicy extra runny cheese at the movie theater when you watched a movie.  You went from all of that to eating, a serious garden salad, filled with tomatoes, onions, peppers of every possible color, cucumbers, cabbage, black olives, spinach and romaine lettuce, drizzled with extra virgin cold pressed olive oil and fresh time and basil.  You managed to do that for the sole purpose of making sure that your raw food diet results would last. See some additional raw food diet results here.

You didn’t want this time to be like all the other times that you "dieted" and lost the weight.  You wanted to do something that was going to be a part of your life.  That after it required some kind of sacrifice you would have some kind of tangle reward.  You were looking for a way to ensure that even though you got tired or accomplished your initial goals, you were going to be able to keep doing it.  And with the raw food diet results that you have today, you have most definitely found it. 

Your feel better, you have tons of energy now.  Even your friends see it.  Your skin is glowing like you just came from an evening outside in the sun.  Your hair looks like you just stepped out of the salon and you have this overall good health.  Things don’t hurt like the used to anymore.  The raw food diet results  are probably the best thing that happened to you.  So enjoy the new you, several sizes smaller and keep enjoying those wonderful and tasty raw foods.  Stick to this diet and this diet will certainly stick with you while you will be seeing fantastic results far better then your initial goals.

Have you ever seen a vegan and wondered how or even why they eat the way they do?  Have you entered into an all natural grocery store, by accident of course, and thought, what are these people doing?  This stuff looks tasteless.  Ever read about the raw food diet and wonder why people do it? The reason is mainly because of the raw food diet results.  That’s right it’s really about the end game. 

So what do I mean by the raw food diet results?  What results am I talking about, I’m talking about the health results. You see when you first start the process of eating raw and natural foods; your body has to go through a detoxification process.  It must remove all the toxins and poisons from when you ate all the processed stuff.  It has to remove all the layers of pesticides that were sprayed on those big shiny apples that you thought were so healthy and off the shiny pears and peppers.  As your system fights off the simple poisons and toxins that your skin absorbs it has to now fight off the ones that you ingested.  So by introducing the natural and raw foods into your system, you begin to aid your system in this fight. 

Sure initially you may feel like you are detoxing, as your system goes from being weakened by processed foods with preservatives and sometimes ingredients you can’t even pronounce.  As you begin to replace them with things such as real organic apples, the dingy looking ones that still have some dust left on the stem from being picked off a tree,  or peaches that are really fuzzy, the strawberries that look like you just pulled them out of the ground, your body will begin to feel better.  You will be able to sleep better; you energy levels will increase exponentially.  And well your digestive system will feel better overall.  Those are the internal results from eating raw and natural food diets.
