<p>Should you start a <strong>raw food diet for weight loss</strong> purposes?&nbsp; I would think that it might not be a bad reason to start a raw food diet.&nbsp; Most people actually start a raw food diet for that main purpose.&nbsp; But is that the right reason to start such an intense and often challenging diet?&nbsp; I don&#8217;t know, but let&#8217;s take a look at what the diet entails and what you are going to need to do to make sure that you&#8217;re successful.</p>
