After the raw food detox diet

You ever wonder what happens after you finish a raw food detox diet.  Have you thought about it while you are maybe in the middle of the raw food diet?  I have.  I wondered when I began, what is going to happen after I get off of this raw food diet.  Should I get off of the diet?

With all the reading and research that I’ve been doing lately, I don’t necessarily know if there will be an ‘after’ the raw food detox diet for me to even really question.  Oh sure do I have my reservations about diets, of course I do.  Anyone who has struggled with their weight most of their life like I have would.  I’ve been on the various diets that come out and in the end; I always put the weight back on.  Some I didn’t ever see any results and I just call it quits and with others I did.  I’ve even take those weight loss pills to see if I could jump start my weight loss.  But nothing has worked as well as the raw food diet.  Go here to see why the raw food detox diet might be for you.

So why am I worried about if the results will last? Because it’s normal for individuals to make a change and think about the future, especially when it’s something that you’ve been struggling with all your life.  Yes I know, I am talking about lifestyle change with this raw food diet, but at the same time, it’s still a diet of some sort right.  Sometimes sticking with it just isn’t enough.  What happens after I detox and lose the weight, will I still be encouraged to eat 75 to 80% raw foods?

People sometimes have relapses they slip and fall and generally that’s when they decide that they want something that has been processed or harmful again to their bodies.  It’s normal to slip and cheat every now and then.  The problem comes when you are no longer eating your raw food diet and you are back to eating the processed foods that you started the raw food detox diet to remove from your system.

So perhaps there isn’t a question of what happens after the raw food detox diet.  Perhaps there isn’t a after.  I think it’s just what happens if I slip up or if I cheat.  And the answer to that is nothing.  It is probably going to happen and it will probably happen more than once.  So long as I get back on track and remember why I’m eating a raw food diet.  We highly recommend this raw food detox diet for the best results.

The Raw Food Diet

The raw food diet difference

Ever wonder why so many people are dieting?  Have you looked at the different foods that we are eating as a culture? It’s no wonder that we have as many illnesses and sicknesses and obesity around.  So why aren’t more people on the raw food diet?  Hmmm, I wonder let’s talk this through a little and see what makes the difference.

I think the hardest part of the raw food diet for most people is giving up the things that they have been eating.  For most people once they really like something they love it.  Take for instance myself, I really, really love cookies and when I say "I love cookies", that’s probably an understatement.  I’m the person who you wouldn’t want to leave a cookie jar around.  And I had the waist line to prove it.  That was probably the hardest thing for me to give up.  So I can sympathize with those individuals who enjoy specific foods that they find hard to give up. Go see the raw food diet here.

There is often a lot of hesitation when it comes down to individuals giving up meat.  And most of the time the resistance comes because they aren’t interested in only eating fruits, vegetables and nuts.  Even those individuals, who are aware that you can transition into the raw food diet and still eat meat, aren’t that thrilled because the meat is prepared differently.  It’s not the kind of meat that is raised on hormones or bhr.  And to be honest sometimes it’s the additives that tend to make the meat taste good.  They don’t want to give up whoppers, and big Macs.  But often times they simply have to learn to like the better foods.

And that is probably the biggest hurdle for all individuals who are transitioning or are on the raw food diet.  They have to first make the transition in their minds and that is most important.  You see your mind is what makes the difference.  It’s what controls your desires initially and without your mind your mouth doesn’t get involved.  So you have to start re-educating your mind and then re-educating your taste buds which will realign your system to have the best end results.

The raw food diet will make a significance difference in your life, not just your physical health, but your overall health which includes your mental health as well.  Getting all of that aligned and in the best possible shape ever is definitely worth a few unhappy taste buds at first don’t you think?  I do and your body will thank you for it sooner than you can expect. I highly recommend the raw food diet where I got my start and best ideas from.

My Raw Food Detox Diet

Posted by admin in Raw Food Detox Diet

My raw food detox diet quest

My favorite part of my raw food detox diet is probably the part that hasn’t happened as of yet.  Now I’m looking forward to that part, but I’m still waiting on the final results for it.  I have been working pretty hard though.  I’m slowly but surely changing my entire lifestyle.  Oh sure it’s difficult at first.  I have to admit, I haven’t been the biggest fan of fresh produce.

Sure I love fruits.  I truly enjoy strawberries, peaches, mangos, oranges, pineapples and on and on and on.  I really do enjoy sweets or as a friend of mine calls them, nature’s sweets.  Yes they are natural sweets which are delicious and filling.  I try to make sure that I substitute the candies and cookies for the natural sweets like fruits and fruit juices.  But just like the sweets that aren’t good for you I have to be mindful of making sure that I have a good balance.  See more raw food detox diet information here.

The balance in my raw food detox diet is making sure that I have veggies and nuts as well.  Now of course I like nuts.  And while I’m not allergic to them, I try to make sure that I don’t over do it.  I know that a lot of people say that you can eat as much of the fruits, veggies and nuts as you want and while I believe that you can eat a good amount of these items, you have to eat in moderation.  And you still need to maintain a good balance.

So how do I get the most out of my detox diet? Well a lot of it has to do with that balance that I was just mentioning.  Making sure that you watch what you eat and how you eat it is important.  One of the most important things that I have learned is how to mix my foods.  Meaning what I can eat with what and when.  Like for instance, you know how I mentioned that I enjoy fruits.  Well I learned that when eating fruits I should eat them alone, with only other fruits.  And since it only takes 30 minutes to digest you can still have something sustainable after it.  If you mix the fruit with other food items, they sit in your stomach and ferment, causing gas and bloating and a lot of other gross things.

I have so many more things to learn on my raw food detox diet quest.  Oh and my final results? Well it is dropping all this excess weight that I put on from eating bad.  I can’t wait until I reach my goal, which I am definitely starting to see.  My raw food detox diet that I highly recommend.

The raw food detox diet

Many people are changing their life styles, not just because they want to lose excess weight but simply because they want to live longer healthier lives.  Out of all the diets that I’ve heard about the one that seems to provide staying power is the raw food detox diet.  Oh sure when you hear the word diet, you may automatically think of being hungry.  Perhaps a little crabby from the lack of food that you aren’t going to be allowed to eat.  Or even the fact that you aren’t going to be "allowed" to eat very many things.  That is not the case when it comes to this diet.  See more about the The Raw Food Detox Diet here.

You see the raw food detox diet, really isn’t a diet in the sense that most individuals think of it to be.  It’s actually a life style change.  While most people may start with this particular regime for the mere purpose of to losing weight, almost all of them stick with it long term.  Why?  The reason being, this is a change in your actual diet.  Meaning what you put into your system on a regular basis.  After you go from eating processed and artificial foods to eating fresh, natural raw foods, your body doesn’t want to take in the old stuff any more.  I have found that often times raw foodist will become ill by introducing processed foods back into their systems.  Once you have removed those toxins from your body, you can’t put them back without it having some kind of effect on you.

There are of course the added benefits of being on the raw food detox diet and one of them is cleansing your system.  People will tell you, there is nothing like having a clean system.  Your body feels better, you look better and you can operate better.  The ability to think a lot more concise and improved energy is sometimes reason alone to keep putting only natural items in your body.  When you are consuming almost 70% of raw ingredients, you are aiding your system in better digestion and you will begin to tell it within a week. Go here if you would like more information about The Raw Food Detox Diet

While the initial change to the raw food detox diet may be different for everyone, I have heard the same ending.  Everyone I have met and talked to who has done this says the same thing.  This diet changed their life.  Some have even said by changing to a raw food diet, it saved their lives.  I am certainly a believer.  But as with everything if you don’t want to take my word for it, do some research of your own.  You never know, you might be the next one to become a raw foodist.
