For those of you who have decided to make a change in the way you eat, maybe you would consider starting a raw food diet.  And I know exactly what you are going to say, "It’s too expensive, or it’s too tedious and labor intense’, or my favorite ‘it’s too tasteless".  While these are all great excuses, they are just that excuses.  Figuring out how to start a raw food diet is a better conversation to have instead of making excuses.

How to start a raw food diet?

So you have made the decision to change your lifestyle and you have decided that the best place to start is with your current diet.  You know that you should be eating a lot more natural items and a lot less processed foods than you are right now.  But what can you do that is going to help you accomplish this?  What about a raw food diet?  But the question that comes to mind is how to start a raw food diet?
