Enjoying A Raw Food Diet For Weight Loss
You feel like a raw food diet for weight loss isn’t a good plan? Why not? Have you looked around lately and seen what our country is coming to when it comes down to food? Have you noticed that our food portions have not just doubled in size but sometimes tripled? Everywhere they are offering super sized this and extra large that. And almost all of it is fried, cooked with fat or has some kind of fat on it. I can’t tell you when I last saw a salad at a restaurant or fast food joint that we live off of that had anything raw in it. Oh sure they threw a bunch of ice berg lettuce in a bowl with one slice of tomato, three slivers of carrots and two stripes of red cabbage. And that’s what they call a salad, but it’s not.
There is a huge difference in eating a raw food diet for weight loss. The difference that I’m talking about is that it actually works. When you begin eating foods that breakdown in your system better, when your system can easily digest the enzymes that enter it, it translates into visible results. Tangible results which are identifiable by ones weight loss. See more information about a Raw Food Diet For Weight Loss here.
I’m sure that you are probably thinking that eating this way is going to be boring and tasteless right? Who really wants to spend all day eating vegetables and fruit? I mean really, you can’t seem to imagine yourself sitting down to a bowl of raw broccoli. Yeah neither can I, but I can imagine sitting down to a bowl of romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, baby spinach, shredded carrots and red cabbage, diced green peppers and cherry tomatoes drizzled with cold pressed olive oil. Now doesn’t that sound delicious? It should sound a lot better than a bowl of raw broccoli. Or how about a vegetable pizza topped with onions, red and green peppers, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes on tops of fresh pesto sauce, seasoned with basil and olive oil. Let me tell you that one is really delicious; I truly enjoy eating that pizza in many variations.
So when you think of eating a raw food diet for weight loss, think of eating foods like this. Think about putting delicious raw foods into your diet to the point that you are eating almost 70% of your veggies and fruits raw. Oh and don’t forget the nuts, they add a lot of tasty variety. If I’ve peaked your interest, do a little research, you may be surprised at how good the food will taste. See more Raw Food Diet For Weight Loss information here.
