Finding good raw food diet recipes

I have been searching lately to find raw food diet recipes that I enjoy.  I’m not talking about the barley and raisin cookie or a wheat salad.  No, I’m not talking about those types of recipes at all.  I’m talking about the kind of recipe that makes you want seconds, something like a strawberry pie or fudge.  Oh yes is your mouth watering, are you thinking that I’m absolutely crazy?  Well I’m not.

There are actual raw food diet recipes available that allow you to enjoy the foods that most other people enjoy.  Oh sure they may taste a little different, but it’s not because they aren’t good, it’s because they are healthier for you.  You can eat almost everything that regular people eat; hamburgers, chips, pizza, pasta, and so on and on.  The difference is in the way they are being prepared and their ingredients. Go here for additional  Raw Food Diet Recipes information.

Having the benefits of creating raw food recipes allows you to enjoy your foods in their natural state without losing the flavor of them or the nutrients.  I had a pizza from one of my raw food recipes and of course I thought how is this really going to taste?  Am I going to enjoy this or not?  To my surprise, I had to stop myself from eating the whole entire thing in one sitting.  None of my ingredients were cooked.  Not even the pizza crust. A balanced raw food diet meal plan

There is a big misconception going on with individuals when it comes down to a raw food diet.  A lot of them feel like you can’t eat anything but 100% raw foods.  The reality is that living in a country without a lot of natural fruit and veggie sources, that’s not always an option.  And because of that one has to ensure that they have a balanced raw food diet meal plan in place.   This is where things can become difficult because we do lack an abundance of natural food sources.

Is it the ingredients or the way the food is prepared?  I’m sure that with regular recipes you can say it’s perhaps the amount of time that you allowed the particular dish to cook or bake.  If you decided to use fresh ingredients instead of canned or frozen, but that’s not the case when it comes to raw food recipes.

What makes the difference when it comes to a raw food diet recipe? I would probably venture to say the mixture of your fresh ingredients.  You see since all of the proponents of the recipe are raw and very natural, you are getting the freshest ingredients possible.  Add in the fact that you aren’t cooking the ingredients also gives you the advantage of ensuring that the nutrients that you are seeking to find in the foods will still be there.
